This 60 minute session is a combination of gentle movement with breathing and mindfulness techniques designed to help you connect with your breath, release tension from flute playing and offer tips and techniques for managing (performance) anxiety.
We’ll be using chairs instead of a yoga mat. No special clothing is necessary.
