The Roman flutist Margherita Brodski was born in Rome in 2003 and belongs to a musical family. She began her studies with Deborah Kruzansky, before studying with Andrea Oliva at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and with Michele Marasco. She has won several international competitions: the British Flute Society, Andrés Carreres, Tampere, Betti, Köhler, Krakamp, as well as Second Prizes at the Gazzelloni, Moyse and Cimarosa competitions.

She has performed in prestigious venues including the Lublin Philharmonic, the Royal Castel of Warsaw, Auditorio Sony, the mosque of Cordoba, and the Teatro Real in Madrid. Despite her young age, Margherita has performed as a soloist with the Orkestra Symfoniczna in Warsaw (2019) and the Ensemble Mutua Madrileña.

Margherita studies with Jacques Zoon and Salvador Martínez at the Reina Sofía School of Music, and in 2023 and 2024 she received prizes for the most deserving flute student, given personally by Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain.
