Musicians’ Yoga: Free the Body and Mind for Flute Playing

This 60-minute Musicians’ Yoga session is a combination of gentle movement coupled with breathing and mindfulness techniques designed to help you connect with your breath, release tension from flute playing and offer tips and techniques for managing (performance) anxiety.
The session is beginner-friendly. We’ll be using chairs instead of a yoga mat. No special clothing necessary.
